Easy low carb chinese style pepper chicken

Ingredients
3.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted10.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers2.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)2.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw1.0 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup
Directions
Microwave the frozen pepper onion blend for 2 minutes. Heat butter in a pan on medium high, when it starts to brown, add the pepper onion blend. Saute for a couple more minutes while dicing the jalapeņo half finely. Add that and the garlic to the oil. Let it cook while chopping up the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Add the chicken and allow to brown. Add the tamari. Add green onion and cilantro. Saute a couple more minutes. Serve on top if your fav steamed or nuked veggie. I do either cauliflower or broccoli. Serving Size: 2 cups or so
