DIY Nut Butter

90g (3/4 cup) Fancy Cashews, unsalted112g (3/4 cup) Whole Almonds, unsalted72g (1/2 cup) Sunflower Seeds, unsalted14g (1 tbsp) Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1. Add the nuts and seeds to a strong blender and pulse into a powder forms.
2. Add the coconut oil and blend for 60 seconds.
3. Use a spoon or spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender bowl.
4. Continue blending on high for 60 seconds, scraping, and repeating until you achieve the desired consistency.
Serving Size: makes 16 1-tbsp servings (or 17g each)
