0.5 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal 1 serving Kaizen 100% Whey Isolate Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor Protein Powder (by BRADLEYJ6) 9 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 2 serving Blue Berries, Fresh, .25 Cup 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Blend oats into a flour, add all other ingredients except blueberries and blend in blender. Stir in blueberries. Cook in pan with coconut spray (pam)
