Ingredients
8 oz Ground beef, lean 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 Tbsp Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup 1/2 oz. Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Set oven to 375 degrees
mix all ingredients together
form into a small loaf
roast for 1-1/2 hours or until top is slightly browned
