avocado egg salad

Ingredients
4 serving Egg White from hard boiled egg 1 oz Athenos Feta Cheese .5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Directions
Cut avocado in half.
Remove skin and place in a bowel.
Peel hard boiled eggs and add the whites to the avocado.
Smash them together.
Add cheese. Mix.
Eat!
