2.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf3.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tbsp Paprika1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp Salt2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1.0 large Onions, raw0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.5 cup Stewed Tomatoes1.0 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef8.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce24.0 oz London Broil1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Add london broil to crock pot. Add Worcestershire, seasonings, onions, celery and 2 bay leaves. Cover with stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and green chilis. Add approx. 2 cups of water (enough to just cover the meat) and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Remove roast and shread meat when tender.
Brown ground beef on stove and add to crock pot with roast. Add salt and pepper if needed. Cook another hour on high then serve
