0.50 tsp Chili powder 0.50 tsp Cumin seed 1.50 tbsp Olive Oil 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches, fresh 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 clove Garlic 0.33 cup Earthly Delights Organic Premium 100% Whole Grain Quinoa (1serving = .25C) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 0.5-0.75 cup Beans, black (dried measurement) 1 can wet beans (15-16 oz)
Mix all ingredients except liquids and spices. Mix liquid and spices and add to other ingredients. Stir and serve.
