2 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon 2.5 oz cup Spinach, fresh 1/2 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin 1/8 cup (8 fl oz) Bottled Cranberry Juice Cocktail 1/4 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 1/2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1/8 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1/4 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
Cook the bacon in skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Let cool thrn chop into small pieces.
Toss together the spinach and apple.
Whisk together the cranberry juice, vinagar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in small saucepan. Add the cranberries and place over medium hear. Heat until just warmed.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds and toss again. Serve immediately.
