Ingredients
One cans black beans (drained)One jar of spaghetti sauce 1 box of whole wheat lasagna noodles (uncooked)1 small tub of no fat cottage cheeseYour favorite Italian seasonings1/2 cup waterAbout 1 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Combine the black beans, spaghetti sauce, water and seasonings in a bowl. In your crock pot, spread a tiny bit of the bean/sauce mixture. Then, make layers that go like this: noodles, bean/sauce mixture, cottage cheese, mozzarella. Repeat this four times. Put it on low, and let it cook for about 3-5 hours.
