24.0 gram(s) clean fit what protein natural vanilla1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 large Egg white, fresh1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions
1. Grind oatmeal and flax in blender. 2. Blend in remaining ingredients. 3. Prepare griddle with cooking spray. 4. Measure out a scant 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. 5. Cook, flip and cook again until golden brown.
