2 cup PC Blue Menu Whole Grain Waffle and Pancake Mix 4 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 2 serving optimum whey protein french vanilla powder 2.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites) 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1/ preheat oven to 425*
2/ Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
3/ mix wet ingredients in seperate bowl.
4/ Gently mix dry, and wet ingredients together 'till no lumps appear.
5/ Place 1/4 cup of batter in each mold.
6/ Bake for 12 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 24 waffles
