Carrot cake & zucchini bread oatmeal

Ingredients
.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw -grated.5 cup, zucchini - grated1 dash Salt .125 tsp Nutmeg, ground (pinch).125 tsp Cloves, ground (pinch).5 tsp Cinnamon, ground (pinch).125 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Oil crock of your slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
