Sliders with Shallot-Dijon Relish

Ingredients
Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)*Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 16 oz (remove)Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, .6667 tbsp (remove)*Dinner Rolls, 8 roll (1 oz) (remove)Dill Pickles, 16 slice (remove)
Directions
Pre heat grill to med-high heat.
Combine salt, pepper and sirloin, divide meat into 8 1/4 inch patties. Cost both sides of pattie with cooking spray. Grill on each side for 3 minutes per side.
Combine shallots, worcestershire, mustard, and butter in small bowl, stir well.
Cut rolls in half horizontally. Spread shallot mixture evenly over cut sides of rolls. Layer one patty and 2 pickle chips on bottom half of roll. Enjoy.
