Light Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 serving White Potato - Small Boiled with skin 36 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream 8 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1.5 tsp Salt 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 4 tbsp Great Value - Real Bacon Pieces
Directions
Boil poratoes with skin on (I like red). When cooled, cut into pieces. Mix rest of ingredients and toss with potatoes. Chill and adjust salt if necessary.
