Tofu Shirataki and vegetable red curry

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 cup Tofu, firm0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked30.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)2.0 tsp Mae Ploy Red Thai Curry Paste1.0 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms0.33 cup Simply Asia Thai coconut milk
Directions
Add oil to the pan. And all of the tofu and vegetables diced sliced or cut the way you like. Saute the tofu and vegetables. Add the coconut milk and Thai curry paste.
