Ingredients
4 cup Dole Classic Iceberg Lettuce 0.5 strip, thin Carrots, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 3 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 serving Great Value Baked Ham 97% fat free, sliced lunch meat (1 slice) 1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 1 serving Oven fried chicken (4 chicken strips) 1 serving eckrich canadian style bacon 97%fat free 4 slices 2 tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing
Directions
boil 3 eggs 15 minutes
fry 4 slices bacon until brown drain on paper towel
wash lettuce, carrots, onions, tomato. cucumber, pat dry
chop put in large bowl
chop eggs
shred or chop ham, and chicken,
break bacon in pieces
put last three in bowl mix
add cheese on top and enjoy!
