Ingredients
0.5 serving 1 cup onion chopped (by KAYLCEY) 0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 1tsp Olive Oil 16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 serving TOMATOE-NO SALT ADDED-DELMONTE PETITE CUT DICED 14.5 OZ (by RANGELEY14) 10 tbsp contadina tomatoe paste (by BARBARAABROWN) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine 224 gram Ronzoni Gluten Free Penne Rigate (by AUNTJESSICA) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
In a non-stick pan, Sauté onion and mushroom in olive oil.
Add ground beef to brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and wine with enough water to make sauce consistency.
Heat through.
Stir in spinach and spices.
Let simmer for thirty minutes.
Stir in pasta and enough water to cover pasta.
Cover and simmer until pasta is tender, adding more water if necessary.
