Spicy Orange Slaw

Ingredients
2 cups packaged grated carrots2 cups packaged shredded purple cabbage1/2 cup chopped cilantro1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds3 Tbs. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate1 tsp. fresh lime juice 1/2 tsp. ground cumin1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. coarse salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, and toss well to mix.
Serves 4 of 16oz each.
