Ingredients
8 Eggs1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese1 7oz can diced green chiles undrainedsaltpepper
Directions
mix all ingredients together well and pour into a casserole dish. Cook at 375 for 40 minutes. makes 8 servings.
