4.0 tbsp sesame seed oil12.0 ounces Chicken Breast3.0 cup cooked Brown Rice16 Baby Carrots 3.0 large Egg6.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
Heat pan with sesame seed oil and add chicken cooking 3-5 minutes until fully done, then set on a plate.
Dice carrots and optional 2 cups peas mixing into pan and stir intermittently until the vegetables are tender
Move the vegetables to one side of the pan, and cook the eggs on the other side.
Mix in rice and chicken and top with soy sauce and optional salt and pepper to taste
