Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 4 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 6 oz GLUTEN FREE PASTA
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions. Cook ground beef and peppers. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning, hot sauce, and tomatoes. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add cooked pasta, stir well. Add cheese and cover, turn off heat and wait 2-3 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
