Parmesan Potato Bake

Ingredients
1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Baked Potato (baked potatoes) .33 tbsp Butter, salted .13 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven 400. Melt butter in baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Sprinkle seasons over cheese. Cut potatoes I in half length wise and place cut side down on cheese and butter. Bake 40-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan so cheese sticks to potatoes. Serve with sour cream if you like.
