4 oz Pork Tenderloin 0.5 Cup Edamame, frozen, prepared 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen .25 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 15 grams Lime Juice .5 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1/4 tsp each : garlic powder, cumin, chili powder1/8 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
mix spices and rub on pork. place in baking dish and bake 25 minutes at 425. slice thinly on the diagonal
cook edamame and cool. Mix corn edamame, yogurt and lime juice
top with cilantro and pork
