Cilantro Lime Viniagrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup Lime Juice 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp Honey1 cup Cilantro, raw 2 cloves Garlic 1.4 tsp Cumin - ground Salt to taste
Directions
Blend everything in a food processor or blender.

Best if it sits overnight before using to mellow the vinegar. If it's too strong, additional sugar or honey can be added (not in calorie count).

Store in a bottle and shake well before using
