Keto Fluffy Waffles

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter 12 oz Cream Cheese12 large Eggs 3 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 3 T Swerve 3 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Flavoring Syrup 12 tbsp Coconut Flour "Let's Do Organic"
Directions
Combine cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar sub. with a mixer. Add melted butter to waffle batter. Add b. powder & coconut flour and combine well. (add a splash of almond or coconut milk if needed.. not included in calculations)

Add batter to preheated waffle iron. Cook for 4-7 minutes depending on iron, or until golden brown

** if they seem dry try cutting back on the coconut flour a little.
** could add 1 to 2 T protein powder with no issues

Serving Size: made 7 waffles in deeper waffle iron
