4 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 3 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 2 cup Fresh Mix-Spring Mix Lettuce 454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
Cut corn off the cob (2 ears). Saute with butter and oil. Add chopped onions and jalapenos. Add Garlic and Season Salt. Cook about 10 minutes and set aside.
Cook ground chicken. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. simmer for 15 minutes.
Put lettuce on a plate. Add corn mixture. Add Taco Meat.
Add shredded cheese if you like.
