Cherry Cinnamon Walnut Protein Bars

Ingredients
5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 10 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 cup Dried Cherries 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 serving Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress) 1/4 C Water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in food processor except walnuts and 1/2 C Almond Flour. Put the later in a larger bowl. Mix the Dry ingredients and add about 1/4 cup water until it forms a ball. Add the ball to the walnuts/almond flour. I use rubber gloves coated with coconut oil and kneed the doe. Then put it between two parchment papers and roll out to under 1/2 inch thick. Refrigerate then cut.
