Chicken with Mushrooms and onions in a white wine sauce

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, slicesOnions, raw, 1 large Butter, salted, 2 tbsp White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp *Flour, white, .1tbs
Directions
pound flat 1 chicken breast (trim the fat)
season the chicken breast with parika, salt and pepper on both sides and grill over high heat (3 min each side then reduce heat and cook until sauces is ready, about 6 more minutes)

Sautee mushrooms and onions in butter over medium-low heat
Add white wine when onions are soft and continue to cook... srinkle in flour and stir until desired thickness is achieved

Divide sauce and chicken in half
Pour 1/2 sauce over 1/2 chicken

    Good recipe, but I cut back on the sodium a lot by using unsalted butter and just a dash of salt. I also added chopped carrots, which gave it a good flavor. - 10/9/13
