Classic Waffles for Two

Ingredients
1 cup Flour, white .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 3.25% .25 cup Butter, salted
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add beaten egg yolks, milk and oil. Stir until batter is lumpy. Fold in egg whites. Bake in hot waffle iron. Yields 2 to 3 waffles.
