Ingredients
261 grams Eggplant, fresh 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 0.25 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Basil
Directions
Cut the eggplant into grid without cutting all the way through
Season with salt. Reserve.
Mince the garlic and basil making a paste.
Smear the eggplant with garlic paste and basil.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Fill with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
