JCool's Beef Fajita Meat

Ingredients
4lb Beef, top sirloin 1 (28oz) Can Las Palmas Green Enchilada Sauce2 Bags (14oz) Birdseye Frozen Pepper Strips Salt, pepper, and spices to taste
Directions
Cut beef into strips and place in slow cooker.
Season meat as desired
Add sauce and peppers (Onions are great too!)
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.

We garnish with cheese, fresh onion, lime, cilantro, etc
