5.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup Blackberries, fresh0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh6.0 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh0.25 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry0.5 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup0.5 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
1. Fill a small pot of almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, add quinoa, cover and cook on low until liquid evaporates, about 20 to 25 minutes.
2. Fluff with a fork.
3. Divide the hot quinoa in 2 bowls, top each with sliced fruit, drizzle with honey and add additional warm milk if desired.
