Lisa's Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
1 serving Chicken Out 1/4 Dark Chicken Thigh and Leg (no skin) 4 cup Tomato Sauce 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Cubanelle Pepper (by JAMIE323) 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 tbsp Parsley 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oil in large pan. Season and brown chicken legs; remove. Add chopped onions, shallots and garlic and cook until onions are translucent. Add peppers and cook for 3 more minutes. Then add back in all ingredients and simmer for 90 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally.
