Ingredients
22 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving(s) Gluten free bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix a little water with the eggs and beat in a small bowl until mixed. Dip each chop in the egg mixture then dip into the breadcrumbs until completely coated. Place on baking sheet and place on middle rack in oven for 20 minutes (for thin cut) or 40 minutes (for thick cut).
