Chicken Breast Quesadillas

Ingredients
2 Chicken breast, grilled and choped1 red pepper, medium- chopped1 medium onion- chopped1 tbsp- olive oilmozzarella cheese-3 ounce- shreddedcheddar chees- 4 0unce- shredded8 whole wheat tortillasalsa mild- .50
Directions
Sautee vegetables in olive oil until tender. Spray non stick skillet with non stick spray. On medium heat; Lay torilla in skillet add tablespoon of peppers, onions on half of tortilla. Add 3 or 4 chunks of grilled chicken on top of vegetables. 1 Tbsp salsa on top of chicken, along with pinch of each cheese on top. Fold tortilla in half cook on one side till brown and flip to the other side until brown. Cut in half makes two triangles.
