Sausage potato skillet

Ingredients
2.0 link (4" long x 1-1/8" dia) Smoked Sausage, pork and beef4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
If sausage is precooked Chop potatoes add to non stick skillet and allow to cook Chop peppers and onions add to skillet After a few minutes add about a half cup of water with sausage (either diced or just sliced) and cover allow to steam for 5 to 10 minutes. Add cheese and a little bit more water to make a sauce. Serve (If sausage is raw brown before adding potatoes)
