1 scoop DYMATIZE Casein, Cinnamon Bun flavor (from www.HerSUPPZ.com) 2 egg whites2 tsp oat flour or coconut flour1 tsp cinnamonStevia to taste2 tsp sugar-free maple syrup4 TB water
Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug. Mixture should be thick while still falling off the spoon. Add more water if necessary.
Microwave for 45-60 seconds. Be sure to not over-bake, protein does not like to be over-baked!
Top with light or fat-free whip topping and drizzle some maple almond butter for some extra yummy-ness!
