Creamy chicken filled enchiladas

3 precooked chicken breasts, shredded1 large can enchilada sauce-1/2 can for sauce covering enchiladas and 1/2 can for filling4 oz. lowfat cream cheese1 cup shredded cheddar cheese-save 1/4 cup for topping1/2 cup chopped onions, raw
Mix in a medium size bowl all ingredients except tortillas and divided amounts of cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce. In a 9x13 pan place a tortilla, fill down the middle with a spoonful of the mixture, roll like a burrito and place seal side down in pan. When all enchilada's are completed pour remaining sauce over the top. Place in a 350 degree oven for 30 min. Five minutes before you take the enchiladas out of the oven sprinkle the top with remaining cheddar cheese.
I also substitute sour cream for the cream cheese. It depends which I am in the mood for.
