Ingredients
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Toss cucumber, Tomato, olive oil,red wine vinegar,red onion,and Mrs. Dash together in a large bowl. Refrigerate until slightly chilled, 10 to 15 minutes.
