Ingredients
2.25 cup Lentils 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium Carrots, raw 3 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 2.5 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 8 cup chicken stock (homemade) (by JOY_BEE) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
chop vegetables and saute vegetables in oil. Add all ingredients to a pressure cooker with spices. Cook in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
