1 1tsp Canola Oil 4 small Mushrooms, fresh 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 16 oz Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey 3/4 cup Velveeta Shreds Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup Hunts Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning 3 cup Riced Cauliflower 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
pre heat oven to 350, brown ground turkey, onions, peppers and mushrooms in oil, let the turkey brown a little bit and then add the can of tomatoes. while the turkey is cooking add Italian season and 1/2 of cheese to egg and scramble together, pour over riced cauliflower and mix well. spray a 10 inch pie pan and press riced cauliflower mixture inside and up around edges like a pie crust. when turkey mixture is cook pour in pie pan. cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and put the rest of cheese on top and bake 15 more minutes. after you take it out of the oven, let it sit for a few minutes to set.
