1 tbsp Powder Peanut Butter (Jif) (by NMFITNESSNY) .5 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup = 8 oz) 40 gram(s) Pro 5 Vanilla Protein Powder-1 Scoop 3 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender cup
Blend until ice is crushed and all ingredients are mixed
Pour and serve
