3/4 cup Milk, 1% 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 6 medium Peaches, fresh 2 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Flour, white 4 Tbsp. Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular 3/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and pour into an 8 by 8 inch pan. Wisk together flour, 3/4 cup white sugar, baking powder, and milk. Pour over melted butter. Cover with peach slices. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peach slices. Bake uncovered for about 20 to 30 minutes until batter rises to top and forms a nice brown crust.
