* Chicken Breast, no skin, 400 grams cubed * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Garlic, 2 cloves crushed * Almonds, 20 almond ground * Milk, 2%, 1 cup * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Korma spice mix, 3 tsp
Fry grated onions, crushed gloves and spice mix on the oil, add chicken and cook 5 min, add ground almonds and milk and cook on low heat for 30 min. Taste with lemon or little sweetener.
