Slow cooker southwest chicken

1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Oregano, ground8.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh4.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies1.0 tbsp chili powder8.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw
Add chopped onion to the bottom of the slow cooker followed by chicken and then zucchini. Top with spices and tomatoes and green chilies. You can add additional chopped hatch chilies, jalapenos or ground red chili powder for additional heat. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Top with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with pintos and/ or rice or corn tortillas.
