Ingredients
2 serving Fit&Active Spanish Quinoa/Brown Rice Blend 8 oz Hatfield Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham Steak 2.55 serving Juice: Spicy V8 Vegetable Juice, 5.5 oz 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 serving Tomato Corn Salad (by JSOLPIETRO)
Directions
Spray large frying pan with coconut Pam spray, saute 8 oz. sliced mushrooms, add 8 oz. cubed ham steak. Add spices from the package of mix and V-8 Spicy tomato juice. Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and cook on very low heat for at least 30 minutes.
