THM Trim Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients
.33 cup Oats, Quaker .33 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 0.33 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites .5 tsp Baking Powder .03 tsp Stevia Extract In The Raw .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving trader joes coconut oil spray (1/3 sec) (by MARYFCLARKE)
Directions
Blend oats into flour. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed. (*see tip) Let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.

Spray hot skillet with a little coconut oil spray, pour 1/3 of recipe in pan and cook like regular pancakes.

Serving Size: makes three or four 5" to 8" pancakes
