3 lbs ground turkey; 1 lb. mushrooms; 1 large onion; 1 bell pepper; 2 carrots; 3 stalks of celery; 1 tbsp. garlic; 1 egg; 1/2 c. bread crumbs
wash and cut vegetables into large chunks. puree all vegies in food processor, mix in turkey. Shape into patties and freeze.
