Turkey veggie soup (LOW CAL, LOW FAT)

4 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 Onions chopped1 Clove of Garlic minced1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil 20 baby carrots raw chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper coarsely chopped5 stalk of Celery chopped1/2 head Cabbage, fresh cut into wedges1 serving Beef boullion cube 2 28oz cans of diced tomato
In a large pot, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, peppers, and
celery in coconut oil until tender. Then add ground turkey
and sauté until cooked through.
Add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, and 1 beef bouillon
cube to the pot. Fill pot with water until it is about 3/4 of the
way full and simmer on a low heat for a few hours or until
all veggies are tender. Taste test to see whether the soup is
done; the veggies should be soft.
