1.5 lbs 80/20 ground beef chuck .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.25 cup Peas, frozen 0.35 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen .5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 tsp Salt + 1 tsp pepper4 tbsp Butter, salted .25 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic
Preheat oven to 400F.
Sautee onions, garlic, peas, carrots, and corn in 4 tbsp butter. When soft, add in the ground beef, salt and pepper. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add balsamic vinegar and broth. Cook on low heat 10 minutes.
Add beef mixture into baking dish, and bake 20-25 minutes.
